What is a gas generator partial furnace?

so calledgas generatorThe partial furnace phenomenon occurs, that is, half of the furnace is in a hot operating state, and when the fire detection hole is opened, it is bright. The other side is in a cold operating state, and when the fire detection hole is opened, it is basically only reddish. At this time, the gas quality is high in CO, low in CO and hydrogen, and the ash content increases.
The reasons for the partial furnace phenomenon may be as follows:
     1. Uneven air supply. There are two possibilities: one is that the size of the gap between the grates is inconsistent. The side with a large gap supplies more air and the gasification reaction speed is fast, while the side with a small gap supplies less air and the gasification reaction speed is slow; the other is that small pieces of slag appear in the furnace and are not dealt with in time, which also affects the uniform air supply along the entire cross-section of the furnace.
     2. When the furnace is lit, the slag is unevenly filled in the furnace or there are large pieces of slag in the slag, or the ignition process burns unevenly along the entire cross-section of the gas generator. One part burns first, while the other part burns poorly, resulting in a partial furnace state after the furnace is started.
     3. Ash discharge is uneven. The main reason is that the ash before and after the large ash knife is tight and inconsistent, resulting in uneven gasification in the furnace. Especially in newly built gas stations, lack of experience often results in uneven furnaces.
