The blasting at the furnace bottom is caused by the hot gas pouring ash to the bottom of the furnace and mixing with the gasifying agent at the bottom of the furnace. The gate valve or regulating butterfly valve of the air main pipe or air branch pipe is suddenly closed to a large extent, resulting in low pressure in the air main pipe or branch pipe. The pressure of the furnace gas is greater than the pressure at the furnace bottom, causing the gas to flow back. During the gas flow back, it passes through the hot reduction layer and the gasification layer, causing it to further heat up. When the hot gas reaches the furnace bottom, it mixes with the air and causes blasting. At this time, the water seal at the furnace bottom will be washed away, and the gas leakage from the furnace bottom will occur. This situation occurs in a cold gas system composed of multiple generators. This situation will not occur in a one-to-one situation (that is, one fan, one furnace, and one exhaust conveyor are running). When the entire station loses power, the remaining gas flows back, causing fire. In hot gas stations, gas backflow is generally caused by blast, so there will be no blasting at the furnace bottom. The way to deal with the blasting at the furnace bottom is to quickly inject a large amount of steam into the bottom of the furnace. On the one hand, a positive pressure at the furnace bottom is formed, and on the other hand, the steam is introduced into the air and the gas, which can prevent it from firing again.
