Briefly describe how the gas generator is strengthened during operation

Briefly describe how the gas generator is strengthened during operation?
The gasification intensity of the gas generator can reach 450-500kg/(M2·h) without affecting the gas quality and furnace operation.
When the vaporization intensity is below 600kg/(M2·h) and the vaporization layer temperature is 1100-200°C, the reaction actually proceeds in the outer diffusion zone. In other words, as the mass exchange rate increases, the gasification rate also increases accordingly, so the composition of the gas does not actually change significantly. But if it is larger than this range, the reaction will shift to the power zone. At this time, the reaction rate cannot keep up with the increase in explosion rate, so part of the gas will pass through the reduction layer without reduction, and the gas quality will deteriorate.
To improve this situation, it is necessary to increase the temperature of the reaction layer or increase the surface area of the reaction layer. However, the allowable temperature of the gasification layer is determined by the ash melting point and cannot be increased too much, nor can the fuel block be directly reduced. Therefore, under current conditions, the reasonable gasification intensity should not be greater than 600kg/(M2·h).
