What should we pay attention to when converting gas generator hot standby to normal production? Here is our editor, let’s introduce it to you!
1. When switching from hot standby to normal production, add less coal and supply air slowly. It is forbidden to add a large amount of coal and air supply when starting the furnace. After the oxide layer is normal, gradually increase the amount of coal and air supply according to the conditions in the furnace. Because the temperature of the oxide layer in the furnace is lower when the hot standby furnace switches to normal production, and some oxide layer fires have been extinguished. At this time, if the wind pressure changes greatly and air enters the furnace, part of the air will support combustion in the oxide layer, while the other part of the air will not support combustion, and it will easily cause explosion when mixed with the gas.
2. Before starting the fan, the gas in the air pipe must be purged with steam. Because when the hot standby furnace is converted to normal production, some gas may return to the blast box and enter the furnace along with the air. When the gas and air are mixed and reach the blast value, explosion will occur when encountering the flame of the oxide layer.
When purchasing a gas generator, you must first confirm the gas requirement and select the product model. However, sometimes the user's gas demand is not fixed, but changes continuously with the production situation. When the change is small, in this model
gas generatorWithin the limited range of gas production, it can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the amount of coal added or adjusting the gasification intensity of a single generator. When the amount of change is large, a corresponding number of hot backup generators must be configured to cope with the need to adjust the load.
