Double fire layers appear in two-stage gas generators and their solutions

The two-stage gasifier is composed of a retort section and a gasification section from top to bottom. Coal enters the furnace body from the top coal bunker through two sets of lower coal valves. The coal is fully dried and subjected to long-term low-temperature retort in the retort section, gradually forming semi-coke and entering the gasification section. The hot semi-coke fully reacts with the gasification agent blown from the bottom of the furnace in the gasification section. It passes through the reduction layer and oxidation layer in the furnace to form ash, which is automatically discharged from the ash basin driven by the grate.
Anyone who has used a two-stage gas generator knows that double fire layers occasionally occur during use. When a double fire layer occurs, if measures are not taken in time, the gas quality will be seriously affected. The specific methods are as follows:
1. Add steam.
2. Increase the intensity and frequency of dust removal.
3. Use a flame detector to drill several holes in the fire layer to facilitate smooth ash removal in the furnace.
The above is the operation method to solve the problem of double fire layer of two-stage gas generator.
