1. Two-stage gas generator hot gas station
The process flow of the two-stage thermal detar gas station: the upper stage gas enters the electrical filter, and its working temperature is between 90-150°C. Tar droplets and dust in the gas collect on the pipe wall and flow to the tar tank. The gas in the lower section passes through the ash hopper to remove large particles of dust and then enters the cyclone dust collector for centrifugal dust removal. The temperature after dust removal is about 450-550°C. After the upper section gas and the lower section gas are mixed, they are sent to the heating furnace through the gas transmission pipeline.
The gas generated by the equipment is divided into upper section gas and lower section gas. The upper section gas enters the electric tar collector to remove heavy tar and dust. Its working temperature is between 90-150℃, and then enters the indirect cooler, where the gas is cooled to about 35-45℃. The gas in the lower section is dusted by a cyclone dust collector, and the temperature after dust removal is about 450-550°C.
Then it enters the waste heat heat exchanger, which cools the gas while recovering the sensible heat of the gas. The gas temperature drops to about 200-230°C; then it enters the air cooler of the two-stage gas generator for cooling, and the temperature drops to 65-80°C. Through the indirect cooler, the circulating cooling water is indirectly cooled to 35-45°C. After being indirectly cooled, the upper gas and lower gas enter the secondary electric trap and pass through the light oiler to be deoiled and dusted again. The cooled and purified gas is pressurized by a pressurizer and transported through gas pipelines.
