1. The ash basin should maintain a corresponding water level. When the load increases from small to large, part of the liquid sealing water will flow away from the edge of the basin. If the ash basin is not replenished in time, and the pressure changes again, its liquid sealing capacity will not be able to meet the requirements. Therefore, when the load changes, it is necessary to observe frequently and replenish it in time.

2. An appropriate amount of water must be added to the ash basin, gasification chamber and furnace bottom water sealing tank to ensure their water sealing ability.

To avoid ash falling into the liquid seal, large amounts of water must be flushed regularly.
