As an important industrial energy supply equipment, the two-stage gas generator must strictly abide by the regulations when using it to ensure safe and stable operation. Before ignition, it is necessary to thoroughly check whether each sealing point is intact to avoid the risk of explosion caused by flammable gas leakage; at the same time, confirm that the water seal structure is normal to avoid negative pressure sucking in air and damaging the atmosphere in the furnace. During the startup phase, the temperature should be raised slowly, the oxygen supply should be strictly controlled, and a stable gasification reaction environment should be gradually established.
During operation, changes in furnace temperature, pressure and gas composition must be monitored in real time, with special attention to the carbon monoxide concentration index. If the concentration exceeds the standard, ventilation and dilution measures must be taken immediately. Regularly clean the ash and slag discharge system to avoid ash accumulation and blockage that affects the smoothness of slag discharge; simultaneously check the scaling of the water wall tube bundles, and perform chemical cleaning in a timely manner to maintain heat transfer efficiency. For the connection part of the double-section structure, focus on monitoring the deformation problem caused by temperature difference stress, and adjust the expansion joint compensation amount when necessary.
The shutdown operation must follow the cooling curve and gradually cool down, and rapid pressure relief must not cause damage to the equipment. Establish a lubrication ledger during daily maintenance, add high-temperature resistant grease to the transmission device at specified intervals, and regularly check the reliability of safety valves, bursting discs and other protection devices. Through the combination of standardized operation and preventive maintenance, the life of the two-stage gas generator can be effectively extended and production safety can be ensured.
