       The upper and lower gas outlets of the two-stage gas generator can output gas with different calorific values. Its gasification efficiency and comprehensive thermal efficiency are both higher than that of a single-stage furnace. The coal has been completely retorted in the furnace. The lower gas basically does not contain tar, and the upper gas contains a small amount of light tar, which is not easy to block the pipeline. The calorific value of the two-stage furnace is high and stable, the operation is flexible, the degree of automation is high, and the labor intensity is low. The two-stage furnace gas station does not pollute the environment, saves water significantly, occupies a small area, and has low long-term operating costs.
       The two-stage furnace adds a carbonization layer above the original gasification layer of the single-stage furnace, so that the coal becomes semi-coke when entering the gasification layer, making the coal more completely gasified. It can be clearly seen from the coal slag that the ash produced by the two-stage gas furnace has a low carbon content.
