Structure and principle:
Biomass gasification refers to the biomass gasification raw materials (such as straw, wood chips, rice husks, etc.) that are pressed and formed or processed by simple crushing and drying, and then sent to the gasification furnace for gasification and cracking under oxygen-deficient conditions. That is, under certain thermodynamic conditions, with the help of part of the air (or oxygen), water The action of steam causes biomass polymers to undergo pyrolysis, oxidation, reduction, and reforming reactions. The tar associated with pyrolysis is further thermally cracked or catalytically cracked into small molecular hydrocarbons, and flammable gases containing CO, H2, and CH4 are obtained and purified to obtain product gases.
Biomass gas is an environmentally friendly and clean gas fuel with good combustion characteristics and high burnout rate. The gas itself contains low nitrogen and sulfur content, and can meet environmental protection requirements without taking any other desulfurization and denitrification measures.
Unpurified biomass gas fuel can be directly transported through pipelines and applied to industrial kilns with lower fuel quality requirements such as steel-rolling heating furnaces, copper-smelting reverberatory furnaces, crucible boilers, industrial boilers, cement rotary furnaces, and refractory tunnel kilns. After purification processes such as dust removal and coking, its application scope can be extended to industrial kilns with higher fuel quality requirements such as ceramic kilns, glass kilns, hot blast furnaces, and power plants.
