Gas generator load:
Raise the carbon layer to prevent blowing due to load.
Increase the air blowing volume or increase the air blowing percentage. The air blowing string should not exceed 2 cm of water column each time. If it has been increased to the maximum, the method of increasing the air blowing percentage should not exceed 2% each time. The air blowing percentage for coal burning generally does not exceed 28.5%, and the charring of organic fertilizer equipment generally does not exceed 25.5%.
When the furnace temperature rises, increase the amount of steam accordingly to keep the furnace temperature basically unchanged to prevent excessive steam volume from causing the furnace temperature to drop, which in turn affects the gas supply.
When adding load, the carbon layer, air volume and steam volume will increase. Avoid excessive force to avoid large fluctuations in furnace temperature.
