Operating procedures for fire detection holes of hot gas station accessories:

1. Operation of fire detection holes:

(1) Wear gloves before operation, and be sure to use fire detectors when taking out the drill.

(2) Open the steam seal of the fire detection hole to seal the gas until the gas no longer spurts out. It should not be opened too large to avoid inhaling a large amount of steam.

(3) Before closing the fire detection hole, the cover should be placed first, and then the steam seal valve should be closed.

(4) It is prohibited to use your feet to open or close the fire hole cover steam seal valve.

(5) It is prohibited to drill holes in fire detection holes.

(6) When not detecting fire, the steam seal valve must be closed tightly.

2. Detection of furnace:

(1) Detection must be carried out during the handover shift, and the number of fire detections per shift shall not be less than 6 times unless there are special circumstances. 

(2) Only two fire detection holes can be opened symmetrically for each fire detection, and they should be drilled from the center of the furnace to the furnace cap (or 100mm higher than the furnace cap). 

(3) Detection results should be recorded truthfully, no alteration will be allowed, and falsification is strictly prohibited. 

(4) According to the detection situation, promptly adjust the conditions in the treatment furnace to ensure that the level is qualified and the gasification is normal. 

(5) The amount of ash discharge must be determined by the height of the ash layer, and the ash discharge volume must not be increased at will. 

(6) When dealing with furnace conditions, a reasonable plan must be formulated to ensure that the gas is qualified or that the workshop production is guaranteed. 

3. Fire detection hole position operating procedures: 

(1) Tasks of the position: Lift and transport coal blocks evenly to ensure the coal production of gas furnaces, and ensure safe and stable operation during production. 

(2) Main equipment of the position: electric hoist, coal bucket, wire rope, coal conveyor, etc. 

(3) Operation method: 

a Operators should always pay attention to the wind direction during daily production and always stay in the limelight to prevent CO poisoning. 

b When a gas leak is discovered in the coal bunker, it must be reported immediately and no one person is allowed to deal with it alone. 

c During the coal transportation process, it is strictly prohibited to allow iron blocks, steel bars, wood blocks and other debris to enter the coal bunker. 

d. Carefully measure coal. 

e When an abnormality occurs in the electric hoist, report it immediately and request processing. 

f Smoking and tampering with electrical equipment are strictly prohibited.
