Control of gas outlet temperature of two-stage gas generator

The gas outlet temperature of the lower section of the two-stage gas generator should be maintained between 500-600°C. The lower gas outlet temperature is too high mainly because of the strong gasification reaction in the lower section of the double-stage furnace and the upward movement of the fire layer in the oxidation section.
High gas outlet temperature in the lower section of a two-stage gas generator will cause the following adverse phenomena;
1. The outlet gas temperature of the lower section of the double-stage furnace is too high, which will affect the retorting of the upper section.
2. The gas temperature at the outlet of the lower section of the two-stage gas generator is high. This is mainly because the fire layer in the gasification section moves upward and the reduction layer is thin. The quality of the gas in the lower section will decrease.
3. The gasification temperature of the two-stage gas generator is too high, which causes the ash and slag in the gasification section to fuse and the furnace condition is abnormal.
When the gas outlet temperature of the lower section of the two-stage gas generator is high, causing the above phenomena to occur, it can be achieved by increasing the saturation temperature, absorbing heat in the furnace, and reducing the oxide layer. It can also be achieved by accelerating ash removal and moving the fire layer in the oxidation section downwards.
The gas temperature at the outlet of the lower section of the double-stage furnace is too low, mainly because the gasification reaction is abnormal and it is in a cold operating state. At this time, the saturation temperature must be lowered to increase the temperature of the oxidation layer and the reduction layer to increase the temperature of the gas outlet of the lower section.
