1. For every 5 working stations or less of the gas generator, one should be set up as a standby; when the user is in continuous high-load production all year round, one should be set up as a standby for every 4 sets or less. When the gas generator is undergoing maintenance, the equipment may not be used if the gas user's workshop is allowed to reduce or stop the supply of gas.
2. The vertical pipe and cyclone dust collector should be set up in pairs with the gas generator respectively.
3. The tar residue at the bottom of the standpipe should be removed hydraulically.
4. The setting of the waste heat boiler should meet the pressure drop requirements of the process system and should be determined after technical and economic comparison.
5. The waste heat boiler should be a fire tube boiler and should comply with relevant regulations.
6. The selection of the type of electrical filter should be determined based on the properties of tar and impurities in the gas; when the fluidity is poor and cannot be removed by gravity, an electrical filter with a flushing device should be used.
7. When scrubbing towers are set up centrally or in pairs with electrical filters, their number and capacity should be determined based on the design output of the gas station and should not be used.
8. The air flow rate of the air blower should be determined according to the design air demand of the gas station.
9. The gas flow rate of the gas discharge machine should be determined based on the designed output of the gas station, and the gas pressure should be determined based on the gas pressure requirements of the gas user's workshop and the sum of the pressure losses of the gas pipeline system.
10. When gas exhausters and air blowers use centrifugal equipment, they should comply with regulations.
11. The drip remover should be installed in pairs with the gas exhaust machine.
