How to control the pressure of two-stage gas generator

There are many reasons for the pressure increase in the first and second stages.
       1. The front is blocked and the pressure on the rear increases. It is related to the particle size ratio of coal. If there is too much coal that does not meet the standard particle size (25-50mm) in the furnace, it will be mixed in the gaps of the lump coal, increasing the air flow resistance and reducing the gasification intensity.
       2. If the retort section sticks, the pressure in the gasification section will increase. If dust accumulates in the vertical channel, the pressure in the gasification section will increase. This is related to the cohesiveness of the coal type and the temperature control of the retort section (below 450 degrees, tar production increases). The high ash content of coal will also block the channels.
       3. The flow rate increases, the intensity of air flow circulation is increased, and the pressure of the furnace bottom, gasification section, and carbonization section needs to increase.
       4. If slagging occurs in the gasification section, the outlet pressure of the upper and lower sections will decrease, while the furnace bottom pressure will increase.
       5. If the user suddenly uses gas, the pressure at various points in the furnace will rise.
       2. There are also some reasons for the pressure drop in the two-stage furnace:
       1. When the user suddenly uses gas, the gas compressor cannot respond quickly, causing the pressure to drop.
       2. Because some water seals break through when the pressure is high, the pressure in the furnace will also drop.
       3. The vertical channel is blocked, which will cause the gas pressure at the lower outlet to drop.
       4. Excessive release will cause pressure drop.
       3. Methods to overcome the pressure increase and decrease in the two-stage gas generator
       1. All gas channels must not be closed or blocked.
       2. Ensure that the furnace conditions are in normal gasification and normal distillation conditions.
       3. Strengthen gas regulation methods to make timely adjustments and achieve stability.
       4. Users must notify the gas station in advance before starting or stopping the gas, so that they can prepare for adjustments in advance.
