There are two series of two-stage gasifiers, which are divided into two-stage gasifier cold purification gas station and two-stage gasifier hot detar gas station; two-stage gasifier is a coal gasification equipment composed of a retort section and a gasification section. It uses 30-80mm bituminous coal as raw material, and performs carbonization in the upper section of the gas furnace. The semi-coke generated by carbonization enters the gasification reaction in the lower section of the two-stage furnace. The carbonization and oxidation reduction of coal are completed in the same gasifier. The generated carbonization gas and gasification gas are optimized and configured for dust removal, oil removal, desulfurization and other processes. The processed clean gas is supplied to industrial kilns as fuel through a pressurized transportation system. The two-stage cold purification gas station process is a system engineering that integrates machinery, electricity and hydraulics. The entire system includes a coal screening system, coal adding system, air supply system, light and tar capture and recovery cooling system, phenol water treatment, automatic control system, gas storage and pressurized output system.
