When its specific gravity is greater than 1, part of it accumulates in the furnace wall. Mostly deposited at the bottom of the water jacket, these scales can cause:
       1. The roller of the furnace body is deformed.
       2. Cause chemical corrosion.
       3. Affect heat transfer.

Before the water jacket is discharged, maintain a high water level in the steam drum, and pay attention to the water level changes during the sewage discharge process. After opening the sewage valve at the lower part, personnel cannot leave the sewage discharge point.        Clean the scale at the bottom of the precipitated water jacket: first open the internal drainage valve, open and then close the external drainage valve, close and then open, repeat ten times, but the total drainage volume shall not exceed 5% of the water capacity of the water jacket. Scale on the inner wall of the water jacket is difficult to clean. It can be used by manual shoveling method, pickling method and baking cooking method, but the positive method is to use demineralized water.
