(1) In order to ensure the safe operation of the two-stage gas generator, operators must strictly follow the relevant operating procedures.

(2) Gas equipment and pipelines should maintain good sealing and be maintained regularly as required. Important parts such as generators, cyclone dust collectors, blowers, etc. should be inspected frequently during daily operation to identify problems and solve them.

(3) Staff members need to undergo gas safety education, understand and master various safety regulations, understand the properties and characteristics of gas, master maintenance knowledge and pass the assessment before they can operate.

　　（4）Two-stage gas generatorDuring operation, good ventilation must be ensured, and the upper window of the operating room should be opened for ventilation.

(5) To avoid gas poisoning, the air in the workplace should be tested and analyzed regularly. The carbon monoxide content should not exceed 0.03 mg/L. Otherwise, you need to try to eliminate it. When working in equipment or pipelines with carbon monoxide content greater than 0.03 mg/L, you must wear an oxygen respirator.

(6) Inflammable and explosive items are not allowed to be stacked at the production site, and smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited.

(7) Warning signs should be hung in dangerous areas with gas poisoning to prevent accidents caused by idle personnel entering the dangerous area. Personnel from outside the unit must go through formalities in accordance with regulations and be accompanied by staff before entering the station. Non-staff members are not allowed to swim in the station or tamper with equipment.

(8) The two sections of gas generator pipelines and ancillary equipment should be inspected regularly, and problems found should be dealt with promptly. Gas pipeline facilities must not be tampered with, and must not be used as hangers or grounding wires during electric welding.
