During the use of a single-stage gas generator, the water jacket will fail. The main reason for the failure of the boiler water is due to the bulging of the water jacket. The specific reasons are as follows:
(1) In order to increase the furnace load and produce more gas, the water jacket inlet (water inlet) and outlet (water vapor outlet) valves were intentionally turned down or even closed to increase the furnace temperature and accelerate the reaction. As a result, the water jacket increased pressure and burst.
(2) Due to an imperfect shift handover system and operational errors, the water jacket inlet valve was opened too small or not opened; the water jacket steam outlet valve was opened too small or not opened; the inlet and outlet valves of the water jacket were all closed; due to
Single stage gas generatorThe inlet and outlet valves of the water jacket are closed during maintenance and are not opened after maintenance (such as repair welding), causing the pressure of the water jacket to increase and burst.
(3) When the water jacket is cut off or the water quantity is insufficient, or it is found that the inlet and outlet valves of the water jacketed boiler are not opened, resulting in a sharp rise in pressure, or when the water pump is found to have stopped running, the water pump is started in a hurry and the water jacket inlet valve is opened, and a large amount of cooling water is replenished, causing the water to suddenly vaporize when exposed to high temperatures and overpressure, causing the inner wall to burst.
(4) The outlet valve of the water jacket was closed without permission, causing the water jacket to burst due to overpressure.
(5) After the inspection of the single-stage gas generator was completed, the blind plate installed on the outlet pipe of the water jacket was forgotten to be removed. After the furnace was ignited, as the furnace temperature increased, the water vapor in the jacket could not be discharged, causing the water jacket to increase pressure and burst.
