The core structure of the single-stage gasifier consists of three parts: the main body of the furnace, the air inlet and ash cleaning system, and the coal feeding and slag discharge device, which together achieve efficient coal gasification production.
1. Furnace body
Furnace cover: Welded with steel plates and lined with refractory and insulating castables to ensure sealing and safety.
Water jacket: forms a natural circulation system of softened water with the steam collecting drum, generates steam through the separation of steam and water, and provides a heat source for the gasification reaction.
Grate and chassis: The grate is driven by a worm gear or ratchet to achieve uniform air distribution; a rolling bearing is installed under the ash pan and is designed with a double ash knife to ensure even discharge of ash and slag and avoid partial furnace operation.
2. Air intake and dust cleaning system
Air inlet box: forms a sealing structure with the ash tray water seal to ensure the stable delivery of gasification agent (air + steam).
Ash cleaning mechanism: Hydraulic double-side drive is adopted, and the plow-type dust removal knife has smooth transmission, which effectively reduces the ash discharge resistance and extends the life of the equipment.
3. Coal adding and slag discharging device
Coal adding mechanism: It adopts double bell type or drum type design, with simple structure and good air tightness to avoid gas leakage.
Slag discharge device: Wet slag discharge method, no secondary pollution, in line with environmental protection requirements.
Through modular design, this structure achieves efficient heat transfer, uniform air distribution and stable slag discharge, providing
