Definition and overview of two-stage gas generator

       The two-stage gasifier is a high-efficiency coal gasification equipment developed to address the shortcomings of the traditional single-stage gasifier. It is processed separately through the carbonization section and the gasification section. The top carbonization section realizes low-temperature carbonization of coal to generate tar-containing gas. The bottom gasification section reacts semi-coke with the gasification agent to produce high-temperature gas. The two gases are separately purified and then mixed and transported, effectively solving the problem of tar treatment.
       Two-stage gas generatorElectrostatic precipitating, waste heat recovery and indirect cooling technologies are used to achieve efficient tar recovery, phenol water is treated through incineration, and a desulfurization system is equipped to ensure environmental protection standards. It provides two processes: hot gas station and cold gas station. The hot gas is directly transported through cyclone dust removal, while the cold gas needs to undergo multi-stage electric tar capture, cooling and desulfurization treatment. The calorific value of gas reaches 6450-6900KJ/Nm³, suitable for 20-60mm particle size coal, and has the characteristics of pressure vessel furnace design, stable gas production, and high degree of automation. It is widely used in steel, ceramics, metallurgy and other industries. Compared with the traditional single-stage furnace, the two-stage gas generator can increase the thermal efficiency by 10%, and the gas calorific value is 150-200Kcal/m higher³, and at the same time solves the problem of high temperature cracking tar produced by a single-stage furnace that is difficult to deal with.
