Working principle of PVC recycling device:
In the process of producing PVC products such as artificial leather, floor leather, wallpaper, plastic window screens, and conveyor belts, a large amount of plasticizer smoke and other harmful smoke will be produced, which not only seriously pollutes the environment, but also poses a certain hazard to the health of surrounding residents and production workers. This device is a kind of dust removal equipment that uses the principle of electrostatic dust removal to eliminate these harmful smoke. Its working principle is as follows: In the electrostatic purification device, the action used to capture and separate dust particles from dust-containing gas (mist) is neither gravity nor inertial force, but the attraction of electricity. This process first imparts electrostatic charge to the dust particles. When the dust particles flow in the electric field with sufficient charge, the electric attraction force causes the particles to move in the direction perpendicular to the air flow toward an electrode called a settling electrode with an opposite sign, and the particles are captured and separated on this electrode. If the captured and separated particles are liquid beads, they will flow into the liquid hopper at the bottom of the device due to gravity. The particles captured by the PVC plasticizer electrostatic purification device are in the form of liquid beads.
PVC recycling device product introduction:
The PVC recycling device includes: purification device body, pre-filter, high-voltage silicon rectifier transformer, electrical control box and other components.
1. The purification device body consists of a discharge electrode, a plate dust collecting device, an air equalizing plate, a liquid collecting hopper and other components;
2. The pre-filter uses stainless steel wire or aluminum mesh to block part of the cloth and garbage generated during the production process, so that it does not enter the electric field and affect the normal operation of the electric field, and some plasticizers can also be recycled;
3. High-voltage silicon rectifier transformer: its type is oil-immersed self-cooling. Using silicon rectifier transformer, it has the advantages of low power consumption, light weight, small size and high rectification efficiency, thus saving materials and reducing costs;
4. Electrical control box: It has two functions: manual control and automatic control. The automatic control system uses the spark breakdown in the electric field as a signal to achieve automatic tracking control. It can automatically increase the voltage and automatically decrease the voltage after flashover. It has automatic current stabilization, under-voltage delay and other protection and adjustment voltage performances. The frequency of spark discharge is controlled through the voltage rise rate and drop amplitude, so that the electric field of the purification device can always maintain a good working condition.
