Causes of vibration of double-stage gas generator
A gas generator consists of an ash pan, a grate, a blast box and other components. The ash plate is fixed with the turbine, and the lower part is seated on the steel ball of the annular base with its annular guide rail. When the ash plate rolls, the steel ball rolls in the upper and lower grooved guide rails to reduce friction. The ash pan is made of steel plate, and the protruding diagonal ribs on the inner wall surface are used to assist the large ash knife in discharging ash.<
When the two-stage gas generator oscillates, different plans should be used to gradually eliminate it:

Single stage gas generator
First, the temperature is too high. A small number of gas generators will vibrate when the furnace temperature reaches a certain height, and sometimes they will shake violently.
Second, the planning is unreasonable. Sometimes the unreasonable design of certain parts of the gas generator can easily cause vibrations. For example, the unreasonable installation of the water inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe will cause short-term air blockage. There are also unreasonable design of the steam drum, which will cause the gas generator to vibrate due to air blockage or constant water hammer effect.
Third, the tracheal orifice is engulfed. It is also common for the gas generator's gas pipe mouth to be submerged. This is caused by the water level being too high, which will cause air blockage and vibration. There are also some machines that cause disturbances due to unreasonable positioning of the equipment, resulting in poor exhaust.
