       Since the gas generator first generates crude hot gas (temperature is 500-600°C), and the crude gas cannot be used directly, it must first enter the double vertical pipes and be cooled and washed by hot circulating water. Part of the dust in the crude gas will be discharged from the double vertical pipes with the hot circulating water. It is discharged from the water seal at the bottom, and then washed and cooled by double vertical pipes. The temperature of the gas is about 80℃, and then enters the scrubber for cooling, washing and dust removal again. At this time, the gas temperature is cooled to 30~45℃, and the dust content at the outlet is generally less than 50mg/m3. .

       The gas generator is isolated by water seal and then enters the electrostatic precipitator for deoiling and dust removal. The total content of tar and dust in the gas does not exceed 100mg/m3. It is pressurized to 8-15Kpa by a gas pressurizer (can also be adjusted according to the user). After the sulfur is removed by the desulfurization tower, it is available to users. This is the entire process from gas production in the gas generator to purification of gas to the user.
