What will happen if the gas outlet temperature of the upper section of the two-stage gas generator is too high?

The high gas outlet temperature in the upper section of the two-stage gas generator is mostly caused by water pipe seepage and insufficient cooling water, resulting in abnormal gasification reaction and hot operation. At this time, the saturation temperature must be lowered, otherwise it will easily cause the following effects:
       1. Because the temperature of the gas at the outlet of the upper section is high, it means that the temperature of the coal in the carbonization section is also high. As long as low-temperature carbonization is carried out in the carbonization section, the temperature is high and it is close to high-temperature carbonization. At that time, the tar viscosity of the produced gas will be greater. At this time, coal should be added to the two-stage gas generating furnace.
       2. Because the gas temperature at the outlet of the upper section is high, the central tube is easily burned during the gas production process, and some may fall off, causing production interruption.
       3. Excessive temperature will also cause the fire layer in the oxidation section to move upward, the thickness of the reduction layer to become smaller, the reduction reaction to be incomplete, the gas quality in the lower section to be low, the pollution to be serious, and the emission standards to fail.
       4. The temperature of the tar entering the electric tar collector will be high. In severe cases, the insulator will burst due to excessive temperature.
       5. It will increase the subsequent processes, increase the load of the intermediate cooling tower, and increase the gas temperature at the outlet of the intermediate cooling tower, which will affect the normal operation of the two-stage gas generator.
