The single-stage gas generator production furnace is converted into a hot standby.
       If the production furnace needs to be used as a heating service, the gas furnace should be adjusted to a normal state first, otherwise it must not be changed to a hot standby furnace. The operating points are:
       1. First reduce the temperature in the furnace appropriately and reduce the air supply volume. If it is an automatic control system, turn it to manual, and then adjust the flow rate.
       2. Close the water seal of the standpipe to isolate it from the system, and at the same time slowly open the bell valve to maintain positive pressure on the top of the furnace.
       3. After appropriately thickening the coal seam, stop coal feeding. In order to ensure the sealing, check whether the upper and lower bell jars are tight.
       4. Slowly close the air supply valve and saturated steam valve until they are fully closed and slightly open the ventilation door.
       5. Turn off the vertical pipe circulating water, but in winter to prevent freezing, the overflow should be maintained.
       6. Close the drum to replenish steam, open the safety valve of the drum, and close the fire hole to use steam for sealing.
       7. When hot standby has passed 24 hours, if it is a separate standpipe and scrubber system, the scrubber should be changed to cold standby, that is, the outlet valve of the scrubber should be opened first, and the release valve should be opened at the same time to disconnect it from the network.
