2. The grate of the biomass gasifier is short, and it takes a long time to store heat to maintain the corresponding heat load, so that the fuel cannot be burned in time. Only the middle end of the grate can start burning, and the burning time is greatly reduced. When burned, it is discharged from the furnace, reducing the combustion efficiency of the heating furnace.
3. The operator does not understand the properties of the fuel and cannot grasp the combustion degree of the fuel in the furnace. Its performance is unknown. When the situation occurs, operational adjustments cannot be made in time.
