How to confirm the saturation temperature of a gas generator?
1. For different types of gasifiers, due to different diameters, different material layer thicknesses, and different positions of the saturation thermometers, the setting values may be different when using the same type of coal.
2. For different types of coal, the use of basic saturation temperature mainly depends on the ash melting point of the coal. When the ash melting point of coal is higher, a smaller saturation temperature can be used. When the ash melting point of coal is low, a higher saturation temperature can be used.
3. When the air flow is large, the oxidation reaction is violent and the temperature of the fire layer is relatively high. At this time, the saturation temperature needs to be increased. When the air flow is small, the oxidation reaction is relatively mild and the saturation temperature can be relatively reduced.
4. When

When the gas generator is running in a cold state and the temperature of the material layer generally drops, the saturation temperature can be appropriately reduced for treatment.

If externally supplied superheated steam is used, the water vapor content will be slightly lower when the air is heated to the corresponding temperature due to superheating, so when using it as an indicator of steam content, the saturation temperature may be high.
6. After the new gasifier is put into operation, the coal type should be selected for testing to confirm the saturation temperature under different flow rates. Before using a new type of coal, gasification tests were conducted on a new type of coal to confirm the required saturation temperature. The saturation temperature confirmed after testing should be a range, not a single value.
7. Uneven ventilation sometimes occurs in various areas of the gas generation section, which is caused by congenital conditions and acquired factors.
