Introducing the dust cleaning method of dust collector

At present, the dust cleaning methods commonly used in dust collectors are air box pulse type and line spray pulse type. The air box pulse type has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient maintenance. However, during use, it was found that the dust cleaning is not very good. After the bag is cleaned, the resistance drop is not obvious.
Generally, when designing dust collectors, manufacturers will recommend choosing longer bags based on site and cost considerations. However, during operation, we found that if we choose a dust collector with a bag length of 7500mm, the dust cleaning at the lower part of the bag is poor, resulting in an unsatisfactory decrease in resistance after cleaning. When a dust collector with a length of 6050mm was selected, the inspection found that the difference in dust cleaning between the upper and lower parts was very small, and the resistance dropped significantly after cleaning.
The number of dust collector boxes should be multiple, and offline dust cleaning is generally adopted. The so-called offline dust cleaning means that the bag for dust cleaning is separated from the normally operating bag for dust cleaning, and then automatically put into operation after completion.
Therefore, the number of boxes is smalldust collectorDuring offline dust cleaning, due to the large changes in filter area, the boiler operating pressure changes accordingly. A dust collector with a large number of boxes can relatively solve this problem and have a relatively small impact on the normal operation of the boiler. It can ensure the stable negative pressure of the boiler. When the boxes are offline for maintenance, the impact on the boiler operation can also be minimized.
