Hot gas system: When using a single-stage furnace, due to the large amount of dust in the gas, the heavy tar condensed in the gas is mixed together and adheres to the inner wall of the hot gas pipe, forming a thick layer of sticky and hard attachments that is difficult to blow off or scrape off. Under normal circumstances, after 3 months of operation, the inside of the pipe The resistance increases significantly. The gas pressure can be reduced by about 40%-50% from the outlet of the gas furnace to the gas exchanger. Therefore, on average, the gas pipe needs to be burned once every 3-4 months.
