Analyze what are the inevitable factors for gas explosion in gas generator?
Although both gas fires and gas explosions in gas generators must have three elements, combustible gas, air (oxygen), and fire (or reaching the corresponding temperature), there are also differences between the two:
1. An explosion occurs in a closed container or in a relatively closed space, while a fire usually occurs outside the equipment or in a large space inside the equipment.
2. During the explosion, the air and combustible gas have been fully and evenly mixed, and the fire is carried out under the condition of continuous input of flammable gas and gradual consumption of oxygen.
3. Explosion is a chain oxidation reaction that occurs in an instant, while fire is a relatively slow oxidation reaction.
4. After the explosion, the gas in the limited space can be pressurized, and the fire process is in a normal pressure environment before and after.
5. An explosion will produce a large shock wave, accompanied by noise, but there will be no shock wave in a fire, only heat radiation.

Sometimes, although these three elements exist at the same time, the flammable gas components in the coal gas and the oxygen-containing air cannot be evenly mixed, and an explosion cannot occur. It should also be pointed out that it is not that any amount of combustible gas mixed evenly with air will cause an explosion, but when the gas explodes, the combustible gas should reach a certain proportion. Only within this proportion will an explosion occur, that is, the explosion value.
