The single-stage gasifier has the characteristics of large gas production, complete gasification, good adaptability to coal types, high calorific value of gas, easy operation and high safety performance.
The equipment is a fully water-jacketed structure for continuous gas production. The air from the blower and the self-produced steam of the furnace body are mixed into saturated air as a gasification agent, which enters the furnace through the bottom of the furnace through the check valve; the lump coal is crushed and screened, and the product gas in the furnace is dusted by a gravity dust collector and a cyclone dust collector, and then transported to the user through pipelines.
Coal adding section: A multi-tube coal dividing device is used to distribute the coal evenly in the furnace. This section is also equipped with a practical and reliable coal level detector, which cooperates with the stoker to complete automatic coal adding.
Retorting section: There are two types of furnace linings to choose from. One is a refractory brick lining, which has fast construction speed and short oven time; the other is an amorphous integral cast furnace lining. This furnace lining has the characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency, good retorting effect, easy maintenance, etc., and has better performance.
Gasification section: It adopts a water jacket structure and produces self-produced steam for furnace bottom gasification.
Coal adding mechanism: It adopts the coal adding mechanism under the bell jar under the middle insert plate of the upper drum, which has the characteristics of simple operation, convenient maintenance and good air tightness.
Ash cleaning mechanism: The single-stage gas generator adopts ratchet, pawl, hydraulic double-side ash removal, and adopts a self-designed plow-type ash removal knife, which ensures stable and reliable transmission and smooth ash removal.
