Preparations for the gas supply of the two-stage gas generator: open the release valve of the intercooler, open the first catch and release, the end release of the horizontal pipe and the first catch outlet valve; open the end of the second catch and release pipe used for release; use steam to heat the insulator box, and the temperature reaches 100-110°C.
Check that all parts of the equipment are in the proper position. Water fills the gas station area to the user's outdoor drain. Check whether the cut-off door and relief of the process pipeline are in appropriate positions according to the specific air supply plan.
(1) Production using this equipment has high gasification efficiency, high thermal efficiency, low production and operation costs, high degree of automation controlled by microcomputer, low labor intensity, and good operating environment. It has low impurity content, high calorific value and stable gas production.
(2) The outlet of the lower section is equipped with a cyclone dust collector and a phenol water evaporator, so that the gas in the lower section is dusted first and then enters the phenol water evaporator. The temperature of the gas drops to about 230°C, so that its sensible heat is fully recovered and utilized. At the same time, 0.24KPa steam is produced as a by-product. The steam can be used as saturated steam at the bottom of the two-stage gas generator or as insulation for the insulator box of the electric tar trap and for pipe heating of tar.
