At present, there are two ways to add coal to gas generators: coal distribution and coal stacking. The coal distribution type stoker is required to continuously and evenly distribute coal over the entire furnace section layer by layer; it also requires strict sealing to ensure that there is no convection between the gas in the furnace and the outside air. For a double-bell stoker, the rod pulls the ratchet, and the ratchet rotates the camshaft of the stoker, swings the upper and lower bell levers, and drives the bell valve to open and close.
Along with the Bell Jar movement, there are also coal fins.
gas generatorThe action of the distributor is also completed by connecting rods. It is equipped with a ball plate that can freely swing up, down, left, right, forward and backward. The uniformity of coal distribution can be adjusted by hand.
The gas production process is a process of continuous drying, carbonization, and reduction gasification. Coal addition should change the coal seam as little as possible to ensure the quality of the gas. Coal addition needs to be even and continuous. When adding coal, it is necessary to add coal at even intervals as much as possible; and coal should be added less each time, but more frequently, so that the gas generation furnace material layer changes evenly.
