There are two series of two-stage gasifiers, which are divided into cold purification gas stations and hot detar gas stations. They are coal gasification equipment composed of a carbonization section and a gasification section.

The generated carbonization gas and gasification gas are optimized and configured for dust removal, oil removal, cooling, desulfurization and other treatments.

The processed clean gas is supplied as fuel to industrial kilns through a pressurized delivery system. The two-stage gas generator cold purification gas station technology is a system project integrating machinery, electricity and fluids. The entire system includes coal screening and lifting system, coal feeding system, air supply system, light and tar capture and recovery cooling system, phenol water treatment, automatic control system, gas storage and pressurized output system.
