Understand the structure of a gas generator
1. According to the gasification process in the gas generator, the generator can be divided into six layers: (1) Ash layer; (2) Oxide layer (also called fire layer); (3) Reduction layer; (4) Retort layer; (5) Drying layer; (6) Empty layer. The oxidation layer and reduction layer are collectively called the reaction layer, and the carbonization layer and drying layer are also collectively called the coal preparation layer. 2. There are many structural types of fixed bed gas generators, which are described according to different parts as follows: (1) Coal feeding device: intermittent coal feeding hood, double material bell, vibrating coal feeder, and tooth-shifting coal feeding machine. (2) Furnace body structure: pressure full water jacket, semi-water jacket, waterless jacket (refractory lining), normal pressure full water jacket. (3) Grate: pagoda type, steel welded type. (4) Ash disk transmission structure: tooth-shifting type, worm gear type. The above is the structural classification of gas generators.
