The transmission is stable and reliable, and the dust removal is smooth. The furnace has uniform feeding, slag discharging and air distribution, easy operation, stable production, convenient adjustment and reliable operation.

The gasification process of a single-stage gasifier is as follows:

1. The process system is relatively simple, the equipment layout is compact, and the circulating water system is very simple.

2. Less phenol-containing wastewater is generated during the gasification production process and can be treated in an incinerator or other methods, which reduces environmental pollution and is conducive to environmental protection.

3. The content of ammonia, benzene and other pollutants in the gas is low, and the purification system is simple.

4. High degree of automation control and few operators.

5. The single-stage gas generating furnace operates smoothly and the operator's labor intensity is low.
