The gate valve or regulating butterfly valve of the air main pipe or air branch pipe is suddenly closed to a large extent, resulting in low pressure in the air main pipe or branch pipe. The pressure of the furnace gas is greater than the pressure at the furnace bottom, causing the gas to flow back. During a power outage, the remaining gas flows back, causing bubbling at the bottom of the single-stage gas generator. In a hot gas station, the gas generally flows back due to the blast, so there will be no bubbling at the furnace bottom. The way to deal with the foaming at the bottom of the gas generator is to inject a lot of steam into the bottom of the furnace. On the one hand, it forms a positive pressure at the bottom of the furnace, and on the other hand, the steam adds air to the gas, which can delay the foaming at the bottom of the furnace again.
