Description of the gas production process of a single-stage gas generator:
(1) Description of the stroke of solid matter in the furnace
The lifting mechanism is used to add coal to the coal storage bin, and the coal in the coal storage bin is injected into the equipment in batches through the stoker. The added coal enters the gasification section after drying and carbonization, where it undergoes an oxidation-reduction reaction to form coal gas with CO and H2 as the main components. The ash in the coal and a small part of the coal that did not participate in the reaction continue to move down in the form of ash, which is removed by the ash knife.

(2) Description of the journey of gaseous substances in the furnace
Air and water vapor as gasification agents are drummed into the furnace from the bottom of the furnace. Under the conditions of 1100-1200°C, an oxidation-reduction reaction occurs with the coal entering the gasification section to form gas with CO and H2 as the main components. This gas is exported from the gas outlet.
Single-stage gas generator gas purification process description:
The furnace gas (temperature is about 300°C, contains a lot of dust) first passes through the cyclone dust collector to remove large dust (temperature is about 250°C, contains a lot of dust) and then enters the scrubber tower, where the gas comes into contact with the circulating sprayed tar. , transfer heat to the tar (temperature is about 60-70°C, contains little dust, and has a large amount of tar). The gas is introduced into the electrostatic decoker through the pipeline to remove the tar and fine dust carried in the gas (temperature is about 50-60°C). The gas is then further purified by the electrostatic precipitator to reach a high degree of purification (temperature is about 40-50°C), and then transported to the usage workshop by the gas pressurizer.
