Detailed introduction on how to choose a gas generator

Gas generator refers to a reaction furnace used to produce coal gas, water gas and semi-water gas. The furnace body is cylindrical, and the outer shell is made of steel plates or bricks, lined with refractory bricks, and equipped with feeding equipment, blast ducts, and gas ducts. According to the structure, it can be divided into mechanical type, stepped type, furnace rotating type and two-stage equipment. According to the process, it can be divided into fixed bed or fluidized bed equipment.
The gas transmission distance of different equipment is different. If you want to choose long-distance transportation, you should choose a cooled gas station as the gas source for supply. If the distance between each kiln is relatively close, you can choose hot gas, and there are multiple options such as thermal decoking double-stage equipment and single-stage equipment.
onegas generatorIf you have multiple furnaces, you must first consider the size of the gas production. Whether the required gas volume can enable multiple furnaces to be opened together, and when fewer furnaces are working, it should not be less than 30% of the gas furnace's working load, so that both the gas supply volume and the normal operation of the equipment can be obtained. It is also necessary to equip corresponding pipes according to the distance of each kiln and choose the appropriate one.
Gas generator gas can be used for heating industrial furnaces, such as forging heating furnaces and heat treatment furnaces in the machinery industry; melting pools in the glass industry; and tunnel kilns in the grinding wheel and refractory materials industries. It can also be used for boiler smoke and dust removal, industrial boilers, and small and medium-sized boilers where smoke and dust are very serious in production. In addition to constantly improving fuel methods and setting up efficient dust removal equipment, using it as fuel is a better choice.
