Single-stage gasifiers usually use air and steam as oxidants to produce gas by heating and decomposing coal, which is then used for combustion or other chemical reactions. To control the temperature of a device, the following measures are usually required:
(1) Adjust the gas generation rate in the furnace: The gas generation rate is directly related to the temperature. By adjusting
Single stage gas generatorThe heating rate and production rate of the internal coal can control the temperature of gas production.
(2) Adjust the flow rate and ratio of the oxidant: By adjusting the flow rate and ratio of air and steam, the degree of participation of the oxidant in the coal decomposition process can be changed, thereby controlling the temperature.
(3) Adjust the coal feeding rate: By adjusting the coal feeding rate, the quantity and decomposition rate of coal in the furnace can be controlled, thereby controlling the temperature.
(4) Use an automatic control system: By setting a temperature probe in a single-stage gas generator, an automatic control system is used to monitor the temperature in the furnace in real time, and automatically adjust the flow rate of the oxidant and the feed rate of coal according to the set temperature range to achieve temperature control.
