The importance of gasifying agent temperature control in two-stage gas generators

       For a two-stage gasifier, setting a reasonable gasifying agent temperature is one of the important parameters to maintain normal operation. It mainly depends on the coal type and the operating conditions of the generator. In order to obtain the correct gasification agent temperature setting, the following methods should be followed. The fire detector must show a dark and red gray layer and a fire layer. If the dark and red colors are not clearly distinguished, it indicates that the temperature of the gasification agent is too high and the temperature of the fire layer must be too low.
 
       Therefore, the gasification agent temperature should be lowered (note: each adjustment should not exceed 1°C). In addition, when the temperature of the gasification agent is too high, it will also lead to the formation of sludge, which not only increases the furnace pressure, but also affects the ash and slag removal operation.
The fire detector rod is bright red, indicating that the temperature of the fire layer is too high. It indicates that the temperature of the gasification agent is too low. If the temperature of the fire layer is too high, it will easily form frit, which will make it difficult to remove ash and slag. Therefore, the temperature of the gasification agent must be increased in time to restore the fire layer to a suitable temperature.
