To control the gas production of a single-stage gas generator to reduce consumption, the main measures are as follows:

     1. Increase the intensity of blowing. Increasing the blowing intensity can not only increase the reaction speed, shorten the blowing time, and increase the effective gas production time, but also inhibit the occurrence of side reactions and reduce consumption.

     2. Control the upstream and downstream temperatures to improve gasification quality.

     3. Reduce system resistance and reasonably control steam pressure entering the furnace.

     4. Appropriately increasing the height of the carbon layer can increase the steam decomposition rate and improve gas quality.

     5. Strictly control the quality of coal rods entering the furnace, formulate strict management and assessment systems, and resolutely implement them.
