When does a single-stage gas generator need to shut down?

When we operate a single-stage gas generator, sometimes due to the special characteristics of gas, under certain circumstances, we need to shut down the furnace to ensure operational safety. For example, when the following situations occur, the furnace needs to be shut down.

     1. When the power supply suddenly stops. When the power supply is stopped, the single-stage gas generator cannot operate normally. In order to ensure the safety of the gas in the furnace, the gas furnace needs to be shut down in time.
     2. When the gas or water supply is stopped for more than 4 hours. Gas supply or water supply are necessary conditions for the operation of a single-stage gas generator. Stopping the supply for a short time will not affect the operation of the gas furnace. However, once the supply is stopped for more than 4 hours, the single-stage gas generator cannot operate.
     3. When the water jacket of the single-stage gas generator is broken or welded, and it cannot be repaired immediately during operation. When equipment fails but cannot be repaired in time, in order to prevent accidents, the single-stage gas generator must be shut down in time.
     4. When the gas pipeline or dust collector in the single-stage gas generator has a serious failure and cannot be processed, or there is a problem with the feeding facilities, manual feeding cannot be satisfied, and the gas furnace outlet temperature reaches above 600°C. The above situation is serious and the furnace should be shut down immediately or changed to hot standby.
