The two-stage gas generator is a continuous gas-generating equipment. Its corresponding blower, pressurizer, circulating water pump, and electrostatic precipitator are all set up according to a certain scale, and their efficiency can only be the highest at full load. The air supply volume of the gas generator can tell the quality of the coal used, the amount of gas supplied, and the condition of the gas furnace. Therefore, adjusting the air supply volume is an essential task.
1. When the furnace outlet pressure is higher than the specified limit, the air volume should be turned down. When it is lower than the specified limit, the air volume should be increased.
2. The air volume must be adjusted according to the furnace condition, that is, the healthy furnace should be lifted heavily and the sick furnace should be lifted lightly to avoid increasing the load on the generator furnace whose condition has deteriorated, so that it cannot be maintained and the furnace condition will worsen.
3. Increasing the air volume should be combined with the processing of the material layer.
