The reason why the pressure at the air outlet of a single-stage gas generator suddenly decreases

When operating a gas generator, sometimes the air outlet pressure suddenly becomes low. Let’s take a look at the reasons that lead to this phenomenon.

There are generally two reasons why the single-stage gas generator cannot increase the air pressure. One is the problem of the air pressure pipe. However, if the water seal still cannot be increased after the water seal is emitted, it has nothing to do with the pipe. The second is caused by wind pressure in the furnace. If the slag layer is too thick, the wind pressure will not rise. In this case, the slag layer in the furnace must be gradually lowered to reduce the wind pressure resistance. If the slag layer is not too thick, this situation still occurs and there is no slag formation in the gas generator. The main reason is that the operation process is medium and the saturation temperature is not well controlled. Generally, the saturation temperature is too high and the amount of steam added is too large, causing the ash on the upper layer of the grate to become muddy and block the tuyere.
