Coal, as one of the most important energy sources in the world, has been widely used in industrial production. The technology of gasifying coal into gas has a history of more than a hundred years. With the deepening of research and the development of science and technology, coal gasification technology has made great progress. Coal gasifiers have developed towards miniaturization, simplicity, and low-cost production, greatly reducing energy loss, production costs, and pollution emissions. The improved gasifier is widely used in various industries. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the performance of the gasifier automatic control system and give full play to the timely, accurate, comprehensive and intuitive performance advantages of the automatic control system to ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of the gasifier.

A large part of my country's existing gas generators use conventional instruments and manual controls, and rely on manual valve size adjustment to control the blast volume and saturated air temperature, resulting in a large amount of waste of energy. (1) It can improve the safety and reliability of system operation. The operating status and operating parameters of the system and peripheral equipment are reported to humans and the intelligent control system at any time through the real-time detection device, and the operating status of the system is adjusted by the automatic adjustment device; the intelligent program automatic control device can simplify the operating steps and reduce the number of operations to avoid misoperation; the protection device can prevent abnormal situations that occur in the peripheral equipment during the operation of the system, such as furnace inspection temperature, gas temperature, pressure, drum water level, steam pressure and other data, and provide audible and visual alarms and other emergency treatment if the allowed value is exceeded.

(2) It can improve the economy of system operation. During the working process of the gas generator, all technical indicators are required to be limited to a certain range. In order to ensure the stable, reliable and economical operation of the combustion process, the design adopts advanced frequency conversion speed regulation technology and computer application technology. The intelligent control device of the combustion process detects gas outlet pressure, temperature, steam pressure, drum water level, furnace bottom pressure, furnace temperature, oxygen content and other operating parameters. The intelligent controller and frequency converter are used to control the speed of the blower, change the air volume and coal supply, so that the furnace bottom pressure, gas outlet pressure, steam drum water level, gas temperature and steam pressure are controlled within a predetermined range, ensuring that the system burns under the best air and coal ratio and operates under the most energy-saving conditions. The automatic control device can perform multiple functions such as automatic detection and automatic control of the system process to ensure the safe, stable and economical operation of the system and reduce the labor intensity of the operator.
