Maintenance points of two-stage gas generator

First-level maintenance: mainly operators, supplemented by maintenance workers, partially disassemble and inspect the equipment, clean the specified parts, clear the oil channels, and tighten all parts of the equipment. The equipment has been running for about 500 hours cumulatively, and generally requires a first-level maintenance.

Secondary maintenance: Mainly maintained by maintenance workers, with the participation of operating workers, partial disassembly inspection and repair of the equipment, replacement or repair of worn parts, cleaning and oil change of the lubrication system, and inspection and repair of the electrical system. Secondary maintenance is required when the equipment has been running for about 2500 hours.

  gas generatorThe gas production efficiency is optimal only when the coal in the furnace is evenly distributed and fully burned. If the operation is improper, the furnace will deflect, causing some places to catch fire and some places not to catch fire. This situation is mainly due to the following reasons

1. Local small pieces of slag in the gas generator were not processed in time, resulting in local ash levels. Since the resistance of ash is smaller than the resistance of coal, the air volume is larger in places with high ash, resulting in strong gasification and higher and higher ash. In places with low ash, the ash layer becomes relatively thinner and thinner. Such a vicious cycle results in a serious partial furnace. Half of the fire layer has reached the grate, and the other half of the reducing layer has disappeared. Therefore, the furnace condition must be checked frequently and slag must be dealt with promptly to prevent the furnace condition from getting worse.

2. Gas generator furnace partial furnace caused by poor original furnace condition. During ignition, due to uneven loading of slag in the furnace, or large pieces of molten slag in the slag, or uneven combustion across the entire furnace section after ignition, the coal is rushed out, resulting in one side burning first and the other side burning behind, resulting in a partial furnace.

3. Caused by uneven coal feeding. Especially for the double-bell stoker without a stirring rake, because the position of the coal spreading cone is not adjusted properly and the furnace condition is not checked frequently, it is easy to cause more coal to be dropped on one side and less coal to be dropped on the other side. In places where there is a lot of coal, the resistance of the material layer is large, the air volume is reduced, the reaction is slowed down, and there is less ash.
