Two-stage gas generatorThe generated gas is divided into upper section gas and lower section gas. The upper section gas goes to a Class I electric tar collector to remove heavy tar and dust. Its working temperature is between 90~150℃, and then enters the indirect cooler, where the gas is cooled to about 35~45℃. The lower section gas is dusted by the cyclone dust collector, and the temperature after dust removal is about 450~550℃. Then it enters the waste heat heat exchanger, which cools the gas while recovering the sensible heat of the gas. The gas temperature drops to about 200~230℃; then it enters the air cooler for cooling, and the temperature drops to 65~80℃. Through the indirect cooler, the circulating cooling water is indirectly cooled to 35~45℃. After being indirectly cooled, the upper section gas and lower section gas enter the II-level electric light oil collector to be deoiled and dusted again. The cooled and purified gas is pressurized and transported through gas pipelines for use.
In the next five years, the two-stage gas generator will become a substitute for the single-stage gas generator. In terms of improving gas utilization, the gasification intensity of the single-stage gas generator is relatively low. In the process of making gas, coal tar will be produced, and the generated coal tar will be mixed with the dust in the gas. In this way, the scope of application of the single-stage gasifier is determined without dust removal. Since the coal tar mixture easily precipitates and blocks the pipes, if the use environment does not require purification, the single-stage gasifier is more suitable for places with short transmission intervals, such as kilns and industrial furnace industries.
