How to deal with the problem of phenol water in gas generator

       Speaking of phenol water, let’s first understand what phenol water is: During the cooling process of gas from high temperature to low temperature, condensed water will be produced, which is phenol water. Phenol-containing sewage is composed of phenols, cyanide, tar, suspended solids, sulfide, ammonia nitrogen, chloride and other harmful substances.
       The volatile phenol is as high as 2700 mg/L, and the CODcr is more than 20000 mg/L. The phenols are mainly monovalent phenols, with phenol having the highest content, followed by m-p-cresol. The phenol water evaporation method consisting of a waste heat recovery cyclone dust collector and a phenol water evaporator, a patented product developed over many years, is used to treat phenol water to ensure zero discharge of phenol water from gas stations. This treatment technology is the most advanced, economical, thorough and effective method among the eight currently known phenol water treatment methods, including phenol water evaporation method, coal water slurry processing method, phenol water incineration method, and phenol water evaporation chemical dephenolization method.
       This phenol water treatment technology uses two patented products, a waste heat recovery cyclone dust collector and a new phenol water evaporator to ensure the phenol water treatment effect. In this system, after the phenol water precipitates impurities in the phenol water pool, it is pumped into the phenol water evaporator with a phenol water pump, and then flows into the waste heat recovery cyclone dust collector. The phenol water is heated by the hot gas, and the heated steam-water mixture returns to the phenol water evaporator. The steam and water are separated, and the phenolic substances are evaporated with the steam and used as gasification agents first (control water jacket The steam valve, open the phenol water steam valve) enters the gas generator, where reduction combustion is performed in the gas furnace to crack phenolic substances and other chemical reactions, producing H2, CO, CO2, H2O and other substances, so as to utilize the waste heat of the gas and improve the gas quality without phenol liquid discharge, achieving the effect of environmental protection and energy saving.
